Dallas distants

I have heard that the Dallas distant nets are no longer available to anyone. Has anyone heard anything about this.

Dallas is only available to local subscribers.

BUT eventually, the Dallas nets WILL be moving to spotbeams, so anyone outside the area will NOT be able to pick them up... ;) ;) ;)
