Will Dish Network sell these products, or do we get them from retailers, or both?

Marketing plans for the SuperDish are still being worked on.

If I were Dish Network I would give away the SuperDish upgrade as a loss leader (make the customer sign a 1 year contract for AT 100 or greater plus a year of Dish's HD service.)

Yes Dish will loose money at first but I believe it is safe to say that a HDTV owner is more likely to spend more for service then a non HD Subscriber. As time goes on only more and more HD subscribers will be coming on board. Costs would be recouped and a good customer will be kept from defecting to DirecTV or even Cable.
