Racetrack TV Network on DISH?

Any updates on when DISH is expected to offer the Racetrack Television Network packages and if they well be available in both arcs?

They have to offer it in both arcs or they cannot cover CONUS effectively.

As to whether they carry it - I have never even heard of it but if they offer an attractive price it will surely be in the race, if they have delusions of a gold mine - forget it.
