My brother signed up for CC autopay during the Dish501 upgrade promotion, but he doesnt' want it anymore. Is there any commitment or something that says he has to have autopay for 12 months? Obviously he is obligated for another 12months to AT100, but is there something that says he has to have autopay for 12 months as well? Thanks

Some promotions do require autopay for 12 months and after that you can call in and request monthly billing without autopay.

I changed back after a few months to regular billing after using autopay for a free dishmover. Unless they just messed up and I should have stayed on autopay for the full 12 months.

They will probably charge you $5.00 for changing your service. They are so greedy.

CC autopay has it's advantages: I've had modules fail on my 6000 and since I was on CCAP they waived shipping.

There is no commitment to how long you have to stay on auto pay after signing up for credit card auto pay. You can cancel C.C. auto pay anytime after signing up, even before the first C.C. payment.
