Is there a list somewhere of which DirecTV channels reside on which transponder?

I have a question on this. I lose 621 at about 7pm every day (cst) with a signal on transponder 10 of 70-72 the error on my screen is searching for signal. shouldn't 70-72 be pleanty to receive the channel? I get it earlier & I get it back later. with the same signal strength. Odd huh?
