New Rainbow DBS Service - signup?

OK, the bird is up. They will test it. Eventually they hope to launch an actual DBS service. Is there a website by Cablevision where they are trying to sign up new members? I'd like to see what they will be offering, and when. Someone had posted a link to a PDF'ed brouchure a while back, but I haven't seen anything recently. Anyone got the scoop?
