I went to the Dish web site to download my bill PDF file. Page three of my bill was this mystery message:

Since I've never bundled with any phone or internet partner, the whole thing is a mystery to me. I'll just ignore it, of course.:rolleyes:

Did AT&T provide E* as a bundled service in your town (not to you personally but to some of your neighbors)? Perhaps your zip code triggered that message.

AT&T switch their bundle to D* almost a year ago. Maybe another phone company is in your area.

Here in the Greater Cleveland market there is AT&T and Windstream out in the "exurbs". Windstream still bundles with E* and advertises these bundles on local TV (despite the small geographical area that can actually take advantage since the majority is in AT&T land).

I received the same letter here in Georgia. I haven't bundled anything either. I thought the letter had something to do with me hooking up an ethernet cable for Dish Remote Access. I guess I'll just ignore the letter. I have Windstream telephone and internet service.

The letter was on my bill, too.

Evidently dish sent that letter out by accident to almost all of their customers.
Here is what another customer posted.

"I received the same letter as well.

I just contacted DISH via the online chat and this is what I was told

(from chat transcript):

(04-10) Megan C. Q0K:
I apologize, there was a glitch in the billing and this letter was sent out mistakenly.

(04-10) Megan C. Q0K:
There have been no changes to your service/
