As they say, don't blame me, I had nothing to do with it...
My mother works as a product demonstrator at Sam's Club, and next weekend, she has to demonstrate a laptop. Slight problem.... despite my best efforts, she is still learning all about computers.
So, what stupid questions should she be ready to be asked?

Where is the mouse?
I don't like the layout of the keyboard, can we just switch the keys around?
If I keep it plugged in, how long to the batteries last?
I don't need color, do they have on in black and white?

They may ask her if the CPU is fast enough, if there is enough memory, they may ask her if there is enough hard drive space .
IMHO she could say the average user is fine with 1.5GHz, 128MB RAM or 20GB drive, anything above and she can say that the machine should fit their needs long into the future (or any other way she may want to say it)
They may ask her is a CD-RW better than a DVD-ROM (assume DVD-RW not in a typical laptop???) Will the person want to watch movies on the Notebook or write CDs...
