Dish Call - New promotion?

I got a call 3 days back from an "unknown number" saying he is from DISH network and asked me if i completed 18 months with them.

I said NO and asked why? He said there is a "special promotion" for those customers who have completed 18 months.

He cut the call before i could even ask about it.

Is there anyone who got the same call and know the promotion?

I would think anyone calling from Dish would know where you are in terms of length of service
