So, does this episode hold the record for the most tied-up loose ends prior to a mid-season break?

Absolutely. Sorry to see that show go on an extended break. We look forward to it every week. I've got the 2 CDs to listen to during the absence.

The episode was fantastic. Given that they are going almost a 4 month break, it was the best way to end it.

It was really quite refreshing to have a show not leave so much hanging. It nicely tied up current plot points (Sue vs Will, The babydad, sectionals, etc) all while nicely setting the stage for for the second half of the season (vengeful Sue, regionals, Rachel and Finn free to date, the addition of Idina Menzel, etc.).
