ESPN HD and Dish

Hey all. Just wondering about ESPN HD. I noticed D* has it and was wondering since they have it, does that mean E* will not be able to get a contract?? I don't know how it works, but I am concerned about this. Please feel me in if anyone knows about it.

ESPN-HD is also listed on E*'s HD Programming web page, as "TBA".
