View Full Version : SyFy in Demand or No?

The other day, after searching for Ghost Hunters, I was offered several SyFy shows as results in DOD. (By the way, avoid Outer Space Astronauts at all costs! It may actually be the worst TV show ever filmed!). I couldn't find a SyFy DOD channel, and now they don't show up in searches either. Was this a test or preview or something?

I just saw that SyFy On Demand channel is on 1244. If you have a Favorites list you have to add this channel manually.

OK, they must have just added it to the guide. I have mine set to "Channels I (mostly) Get" and it wasn't there last night.

It used to be at 1000.

I hope they add some HD VOD to it.

I was looking at OnDemand this morning and there is a section for SyFy I'm downloading the Caprica pilot right now!

I was looking at OnDemand this morning and there is a section for SyFy I'm downloading the Caprica pilot right now!

Thanks for the (accidental) heads up on this! I didn't know SyFy had On Demand content. I just used the Directv website to set up the downloads of both parts to one of my DVRs. :)

They have the caprica pilot only in SD. :mad:

This is why i hate ondemand.

Yeah, as much as I really want to see Caprica, I'll wait a few weeks to see it in HD.
