set up router

We are letting a friend use our laptop and we have beein using our ipod touch for internet for the past couple of days. But i had to reset the belkin wireless router and now obviously it wont connect online, when i go to 192.168.2.1 it says not connected. Am I able to set it up via the touch and if so how?

If you did a factory reset (as in press and hold the reset button on the router) you need to be hardwired into the router to set it up.
