Whats Wrong with my Directv

i cant order PPV I have it connected to a land based phone line
But nothing will work i checked the back of the receiver And the jack is connected But Still nothing will work I have a samsung System

Call Directv and have them check it while you're on the phone.

It looks like if I haven't ordered PPV for a certain period of time I'm locked out from ordering and it requires a phone call to Directv to 'jump start' my unit by sending a signal down to it and telling it to call in before I can order.
This happened to me about 3 weeks ago for about the third time in several months.
The other night I was able to order a PPV and had no problem. Apparently not enough time had gone by (since the previous PPV order) for the unit to be locked out again. As long as I keep ordering PPV once or twice a week there's no problem, but let a month or so go by and I'm locked out.
