Since the recent software upgrade to the 2700/2800/3700 receivers, I have been experiencing freeze-ups, especially in the browse mode & direct keying a channel number. Only powering off w/ front panel buttons or unplugging would reset the unit. E* tech support had me do a card pull & told me to call back if it did it again. Of course, it did. The second tech support person informed me that it was a software problem & they are working on it. Here's hoping it doesn't take long to correct.
