According to the transcript from the CBS site: Once in the Sundam Valley, first-place David & Jeff and Jon & Al soon lost their lead as their driver became so lost that they almost drove into the Demilitarized Zone that separates North and South Korea. Now, mind you, at the time of the posting above, I was watching the feed as it aired.

Okay, official ruling: David & Jeff and Jon & Al. While the roadblock was near the border, the previews stated "and others get lost at the North Korean border", with the previews showing the military installation.
