When I try to look at the list of forums it tells me there is a problem with the database. I hope it gets fixed soon

I've been on a few times today, but haven't seen that problem. I'll keep an eye out for it, though. We just upgraded to the new beta of VBBS yesterday, so it's possible part of the database got mucked up, and we haven't seen it yet.

Maybe there is something wrong here. I get it everytime I try to go to the page that lists all forums. It is not intermittent at all.

You're talking about the page that http://www.dbstalk.com/index.php is the link for? The main forum listing page, right?

I know that this is the standard, overused response, but try logging out, clearing your cache and cookies and logging back in. (sheesh I sound just like a Dish CSR...) Browser shouldn't matter, but which one are you using at the moment?

Geronimo,

I just ran a database diagnostic/rapair utility. Please let me know if that helps.

I continue to get this error every time.

There seems to have been a slight problem with the DBSTalk.COM / SatelliteTalk.COM database.

And I get it in several different browsers. Opera, IE and Mozill Firebird. But I guess I am the only one who gets it.

I've looked at the e-mail that was dispatched to me and I think I may have found the problem. Try it now.

It now works with Opera % and Mozilla 1.3a but not IE 6.0 or Mozilla Firebird 0.6a.

I seem to be the only one wuith this problem and it does not affect overall acces. If I were you I would not lose sleep over it. I thought aomething was wrong.
