The Brrrrrrp is back

I have noticed that in the past week the the brrrrrp is back and more frequent than I have noticed in the past. Anyone one else notice this happening?

I have noticed extremely-short interruptions of audio occurring at irregular intervals on several channels, instanced by 206 and 360. No disruption of video beyond 359/360 a few days ago, which lasted for some 15 minutes.
