if this is the correct forum-been with d for like 12 years. cannot for 5 days now log into my d account their website, using firefox. csr said to use IE, but still get the same. anybody anywhere having trouble logging in d website to see your account.

I just logged in with Firefox this morning and successfully paid my bill

It's not you, or IE or FF; it's them. Once again, they've "upgraded" their site, so if you don't have a reasonably recent OS, browser, Flash, etc., your system will hang. Ironically, with this latest change, I can no longer pay their bills on-line.

Check to see if you are blocking some necessary cookies. Once I allowed cookies from their site I was all set.

I just logged into my account with Firefox, no problems.

I'm on Firefox v3.5.7 and no problems logging into my account.

No problems here.

try clearing your browser history,cookies and temp files.
