What style of construction?

In general the plyscore sheathing used in balloon construction (studs & headers with plywood walls etc.) will NOT support a dish because the plywood is not strong enough to hold bolts and the vinyl siding gets crushed as the lag bolts screw down.

You just need to dedicate a more firm area...near the electric meter if possible where the mast can be bolted to solid wood or masonry.

Save time and money, just put it on a pole.

I wonder how well a commdeck roof mount would work out on the side of the house.

The siding guys could trim it out all nice and neat.

Maybe drop a note to the guys at rstc and see what they say about using a roof mount on the side of the house, or maybe they have a wall mount in the works.

The roof is metal so I can't attach it there. The siding will be cement board. I have attached a photo - you can see the 4 wires running out. I will be able to attach to the 2X6. It is on the correct side of the building.

If you got the 2x6 in the right spots you should be good to go. Might not hurt to make some measurements to help locate that 2x6 later.

Considering the site...good pic...I would dig a hole for a steel pole carefully to miss any underground utilities and install a pole after all siding and trim is in place. Cover the whole area with gravel to keep weeds out.

IF you really want to do the wall thing tap in some 20d nails now into 2x6s where the 7/16 x1 1/2" lag bolts will go and install some additional lumber behind the sheathing for attaching one or two monopoles. Mark these exactly with nails. Have the siding guys drill and work around them.

The Commdeck idea seems good IF it is watertight when installed in a vertical position. Don't know.

You are doing yourself a favor to plan at this stage. You might also consider a "drop box" to contain the ground block and service loops....run the ground wire under the siding & the cable run too if you can.
