My 110 signal strength has been steadily going down, so I finally decided to relocate my dish.. What a surprise 110% signal strength checked directly at the dish becomes 65% after the SW64. I spent the better part of the day checking things before I finally concluded all that was left is the stupid switch. E concurs and is sending me a replacement. I am seriously considering selling the switch replacing it with other arrangments like a Quad , 64 switches can cause wierd problems and its a single point failure that can take out the entire system.
I knew 64s tended to just QUIT and kept mine warm and dry in my basement, but never heard of one who caused low signal strength....
