new triple LNB install, but dont work!

hey, i installed everything correctly with my new direct tv triple lnb ovaldish and it doesn't seem to pickup the signals very well, it took a while and i only pickup tv channel info, no video.no sound. what is wrong? also. when i install back my orginal 1lnb, it works fine.

It sounds like it's not pointed correctly. Check your settings again. Also, make sure your receiver has the capability of recognizing all three satellites. You'll know you've pointed it correctly when you can get channels 201, 90, and 400.
