just installed oval dish triple lnb, no signal even though everything is correct, i only seem channel info, no sound or video. what is wrong? when i install orginal 1lnb dish, everything worked fine? strange?

did you reset your receiver to "3 LNB Oval Dish" ? Do you have a clear line of sight? Just coz you can get one satellite does not mean you will get the other two. The mast has to be EXACTLY plumb before putting the dish in place!

In addition, since the 3 sat dish has a look angle of almost 20 degrees (101 to 119), you need to have a huge open space. You are aiming from 25 degrees elevation to appoximately 32 degrees to get signal from all 3 birds.
