Is anyone in the CT market seeing any issues with just locals? And which bird/transponder are they on?
At around 8.20 pm tonight they started to break up - I thought it was rain fade (no faid though) logged onto weather.com didn't show any cloud cover either. Then I fastforwared to live - same thing but no searching for sat?
I searched the nationls like espn, tbs, disc, etc etc and they are fine!
I did a sat signal check and seems good, one bird had a bunch of zeros (99s - had many zeros but some 80's and 90's)
strange - both my dvr's same issue -- plus Wife is pissed too :-)

Also all zeros on 103s transponder 1-8, the rest 83-90 ??
Could it be Los but wouldn't all be zero?

Yup, I am having the same problem, so are some of my friends. I'm just glad it's not my dish!
Good, I am not the only one..:(
All CT local HD are basically out..
West Haven..
And 59's wx radar is not showing anything that would cause issues.

They probably had an issue in the Local receive facility for your city. The fact all your locals were having issues tells me it was most likely in the link between your LRF and the NOC Seeing Zeros on 99s and 103s is completely normal, those are spotbeams that dont serve your area

Same thing here last night. I had recorded one of them and I thought it was the drive in my DVR going bad again, but glad to see I wasn't alone.
had the problem also and as usual my wife blamed me.
It was more than local but, as someone said, seemed to be HD nationals (some). Why would this affect CT only?

Same issues for me. Recordings of AI and NCIS became unwatchable about 20 minutes in. Until I saw this thread, I thought my DVR just want wacko. Same thing happened to at least Fox a while back. If I had seen these issue live, could have switched to OTA.
