Use DishOnline to move to EHD?

Is it possible to move programs to/from an external hard drive (EHD), via the internet-based DishOnline (AKA Dish Remote Access)? I see that both DVR and EHD programs are listed and can be deleted.

Also, I can't seem to tell whether a program is inside the DVR or on the EHD.
