Anyone else sufferuing a 119 outage?

Anyone else suffering an outage today at about 12:30 ?.
i'm getting nothing on 119 on either tuners on my 721

All's well here on 119. I'd venture to say it isa problem with the 721.

Huge walls of very heavy rain are starting to pound us.
That rare but frustrating rain fade demon is doing it's thing.
