"system check" 770

Last evening watching a recording my screen froze up with a "system check" 770. Something to the affect don't power off. 10 minutes.

Never saw this before. After about 7 minutes everything went blank for awhile. Then came back to live TV, a channel I never watch.

Just curious. What might have precipitated this curious activity?

Was this on a DVR? May be the start of your drive failing.
