Just go on Kazza and grab what you want, just dont share thousands of files and do not keep Kazza running longer then the time it takes you to grab what you want. :)

Switch to WinMX (available at winmx.com - most of the RIAA's missives have mentioned Kazaa and Morpheus). Make sure that ANY files downloaded are sent to another directory fter you download them (cut and paste to c:\mp3 and download to c:\mymusic)

Unfortunately, if everyone does this the quantity of available music will drop, but this will cover you if you are concerned.

The latest version of morpheus allows you to use an anonymous proxy and you can download a list of ip addresses that can be blocked, such as known record company sites (like your antivirus software, you'll need to download a new list every so often). Combine that with the suggestions above and you are probably at higher risk of having a piano fall on you..... ;)

Go legal at Buymusic.com $79 cents a song. More like $8 a CD if you go that way... I haven't actually used them, so it's not a personal recommendation, but just a legal alternative..
