Over the last few days while in the RV I was experiencing the info screen coming on all by itself, first it would come on in the transparent mode, then full mode then go off, sometimes it would happen repeatedly, sometimes 5 minutes apart. I unplugged the receiver and removed the card, this only cleared the problem for a while then it would start over, then suddenly it just stopped happening and everything was back to normal. Anyone have any thoughts ?
Thanks
Bob

If you were travelling then perhaps you was getting interference or while you were driving by someone was doing that on their receiver but that is pretty unlikely I would think for the most part.
By any chance could your remote have been bouncing where the info button was sendig a signal or wedged so that it was sending a signal.

I didn't know you could watch tv while the rv was in motion (besides video tapes and dvd's that is). I know my uncle's rv had a red flag placed besides the drivers seat that said something like "lower tv antenna before moving vehicle."

Just realized my post was not clear, I was in the RV but it was parked, and the problem continued, last night the remote quit working, changed the batteries, remote started working again, and the info anomolie went away, somehow have to think that weak battries may have been the culprit, not sure how or why but since changing the batteries all is well...or I hope so

I've had that happen when I used to have a 301. It was a rare problem months ago, but how can you not notice when it happens, has it become more common???
