I'm curious if other annual subscribers have seen a $9/month charge for their primary receiver:
Existing Customer Leased Primary HD Receiver 9.00
That didn't show up when I switch from AT120 monthly to annual, but when I dropped a ViP622 receiver (to save the $17), it also added this $9 on a prorated basis:
* EXISTING CUSTOMER LEASED 03/09 TO 04/09
* $9.29
* HD DUODVR RECEIVER 03/09 TO 04/09
* -$17.56
Yesterday, I was told the $9/mo is a valid charge for the 722 if I have an annual AT120, so I went back to monthly. And the prorated $9 was removed:
* EXISTING CUSTOMER LEASED 03/25 TO 05/09
* -$13.50
Anybody else getting billed $9/month for their leased Primary ViP? Any CSRs know if this $9 is really valid with annual programming? So much for saving $2/month with an annual sub!!
