My locals (Tulsa) HD channels keep going out. The SD sides for the locals are OK, which I have to watch for the past week or so. All my other HD channels are fine...no problems. The message on TV screen says, "we are working on this, and will clear the problem."
Question: Is Dish having problems with their locals HD channels?

That message is programmed into the receiver to display when the sat channel fails.
Have you looked at signal levels on your locals?
Have you checked your dish point, maybe just a little off.

the same thing is happening to me for Tulsa locals and I live in Henryetta.
If you currently have a 110/119 and 61.5 setup, yes I think they are having problems.
I just had mine replaced with a 1000.2 WA setup and my problems went away for Minneapolis HD locals.
You can findout which sattelites you have with Menu-6-1-1 "Point Dish". See the Channel List (http://www.dishuser.org/dishlist.php) and subsets in the EKB (http://www.dishuser.org/) to find out which sattelite your HD locals are on.

I have two antenna setup. A 1000.2 with the Sat 129 LNB blocked off, and a Dish 500 with a single LNB pointed at Sat 129 for my HD channels.

I had a simular problem but the Tulsa Hd channels would go off at night for whatever reason. I have a dish 1000 (the original one) and readjusted it to receive a stonger signal from 129 slightly sacrificing signal strength from 110 and 119. Tune to one of the Tulsa channels, then press menu, 6-1-1. Spotbeam should be 14, sat should be 129. My signal strength is 39, when I was having problems it would be 18 or 15 or so. I live in Latimer county, so I'm sure I'm at the southern edge of the spotbeam. Anyway I think if you can bring your signal strength up to 35-40 your problem will go away. If this doesn't work, I'd switch the LNB and see if that helps.
