Solid Signal. (My first thought)
I think those things are just powerpass splitters bundled together so you may be able to substitute.

Solid Signal doesn't have them. Your best bet is probably going to be eBay.
Yes, they are on eBay from time to time. When I was trying to find info for the one I had for sale I never could find them anywhere else.

6 pieces vs 1 piece... It's easier to setup.
