I'm not liking some of the numbers, are these low, or am I off base here? I've got one at 18, others in the 60-70s. Thanks!

Your KA signals are about 10 points below normal. A little tweeking should fix it right up. Not bad enough to warrant a service call, however.

Your numbers on 99c and 103c could be a little better, your numbers on 99s and 103s dont mean anything as they are spot beams providing locals, meaning only the spot beam pointed at your area matters...

Press and hold the INFO key. Than run the diagnosis test. If they are below the levels D* consider required the test result will tell you.

Thanks. Maybe if I have them come out and install DECA when its available I'll see if they can do a realignment without an extra charge.

I think his mast should be checked for perfectly plumb and then the dish dithered for elevation and azimuth. His Ka signals show signs to me of things being a bit off.

Wouldn't surprise me. It's been a while since I went HD, but when I did, the tech had the dish fastened down in a new location before he realized that it still didn't have proper LOS. Wife wasn't happy about extra holes. Either that or the 70+ mph windstorm we had a year or so ago.

Have you run the system test yet? As long as it's a clear day outside when you do the check, if it comes back normal, things should be OK.
