When we get all the new HD channels are we going to have to pay more money?

Yes - but only if you upgrade your programming. :)

No - the standard price increase already took effect. They have not raised prices in the past (D10, D11) with big HD rollouts - no reason to expect it now.

Realistically, the new channels are being "paid for" by the yearly increases in March.

So even there won't be a dedicated price increase for the new HD, all D* customers are paying for it one way or another.
