Showtime has first crack at Universal now?

I knew that Showtime gets Paramount and MGM/UA movies before anyone else, but I just got a telemarketing call today pushing Showtime and the woman said that now Universal is on that list.

Is this true? Has Starz lost Universal to Showtime? If so, when did this hapen?
