Hughes Executive Director question

I see that the Hughes Executive Director has an RF remote.
If I were to wire another TV to the receiver and put that tV in another room, does this mean that I can control the receiver by using the remote to operate the TV which is not with the receiver?

Or, if not, do any of the RF/UHF adapters work? I am trying to not have to pay for two receivers in the house.
