replacing multiswitch/lnb

Assuming D* won't honor their work, and I end up having to replace the triple lnb/multiswitch, where would I get the replacement head. Do they sell them at Bestbuy or Circuit City, or do you have to go through an exclusively satellite retailer. Thanks.

You can buy a LNB and multi-switch at Wal-Mart, Radio Shack, Best Buy, etc. The best place to find them, IMHO, is EBay. You can find both items for half what you'll pay at BB.

The only way I have seen the triple sat PHASE III multi switch available is to buy the complete dish assembly. Karl F dosen't read very well his answer applies only to the base 18" dish.
