If you order the Dish HDTV package with installation, and you want to receive OTA HDTV broadcasts also, will the Dish installer handle the installation of the OTA antenna, or must I get that done myself?

They probably will if you buy the antenna from them and tell them in advance , of course it will cost you more.
If you deal with a full service local retailer they will certainly sell you the proper OTA antenna & install it at a lower cost if you do it all at the same time.

don't be fooled by spending extra money for an HDTV antenna. You can buy an old-fashioned one and still get the same results. If your HD TV stations are all UHF, I recommend getting an UHF only stick.
