I have an old HD DVR (HR10-250) and it only has 1 cable coming from the dish, can I split this signal to support dual tuners? TIA.

Nope. Each Tivo tuner requires its own connection to the satellite dish/LNB. If your dish is full, then you'll need to add a multiswitch to your system. What other equipment do you have now?

I found my answer after posting the message. I have an old dual lnb RCA dish that currently run into my bedroom and one in the living room. Each room has the HR10-250 receiver so I want to take advantage of the dual tuners but now it won't unless I have new dish with zinwell switch. Thx.

You don't need a new dish to use the Zinwell switch. Just connect the two lines from the old dual output LNB dish to the Sat A inputs on the switch and then connect the HR10s to the switch. Of course, all you will get is the 101 sat, but then that's all you get now. :) Then get an antenna for recording OTA HD.

Run the two lines from the dish into the top 2 SAT ports (yes, you must connect BOTH lines), and then run two lines to each TiVo from the 4 receiver ports on the bottom.

Do you have to buy something to split the OTA if I want to hookup the antenna also?

Look at the picture that battlezone posted. The top middle connector is antenna in. Use it to diplex you OTA cable. Then you need a diplexer behind each tivo, of course.

The top center connector is a diplexed OTA antenna input. You'll need a standard diplexer on each sat line to split the sat and OTA signals back apart:
