Not one service center in this area comes to the home anymore I have to haul it in myself or drive 4 hours back to the store to exchange it The nearest service center is 50 miles away I dont know what to do right now I have never been so displeased witha company that is supposed to be a leader in Big Screen TVS

But the problem could have occured in shipping, including you're own loading, hauling & unloading it. It could happen to any big set any time but fortunately it doesn't very often.

(I remember watching a driver let a brand new 50" mits fall off the back his truck while trying to unload it at my store. Naturally, I refused shipment & Mits gave me some BS about it because technically it's mine when it leaves their dock & I'm the one that's supposed to make the claim. As if I was going to keep a busted up big screen TV in my store until they got around to exchanging it!)

But back to your problem. I know it's a hassle but if I were you I'd just return it to BB for exchange since you can't get prompt in-home service.

Fortunately, Conn's does do on site warranty service. They just replaced a bad convergence board on mine.
