Low low signal

[Problems]

I get home today and both my tv's are saying searching for sat signal. I check the dish, looks fine. I run the signal test and I still have high 90's on 110 and 119 but on 101 half the transponders have no signal whatsoever, some even some odd. After fooling with the dish for an hour, i get at least a minimal signal on all transponders on 101, most of the ones which had no signal are in the 40's, others in the high 90's, and 110 and 119 are still in the high 90's. There are a few clouds outside but nothing thick enough to cause this I think. I checked the wires and fittings and there are no problems. This is affecting both tuners on my dtivo and my rca box. I have a phase 3 18x20" dish. Any suggestions?

Don't Know...my Directv signal has been bad since August 1st.

When I first had my dish put in I used to get a signal anywhere from 95% to 100% Most of the time It would stick right at around 97 or 98 %. Now The highest signal i've gotten in a while has been about 95%. Now my signal is around 91 or 92 % So there has definately been a change in my signal but no significant loss of picture. I wonder sometimes why this happend.

After changing transponders I am now receiving a very strong 99% signal on Transponder 18. My Dish is pointed at 101.
