Hartford Locals

I live in central Ct but I told Dish that I live in a town in CT near the RI border. I gave them my friends address so I can still get the mailings. By doing this I get east/west locals. If/when dish gets hartford, will I be forced to only get the Hartford locals? I really like getting the west coast feeds.

No you will get distants and your locals.

I activated a new 508 yesterday. The CSR had a list of local channels. He said that Hartford was #10 on the list and should be up before the end of this year. This is the first time I ever had a CSR confirm to me that Hartford locals would be up.
