This is the best way I can put it.

Today we pull up the guide on the 721 and the left most one inch or so of the menu is offscreen. Just enough that a channel 121 looks like channel 21 on the guide.

Similarly, there is overscan at the top. The right is a little harder to confirm, but it looks to have extra space there.

Rebooting the 721 had no effect.

I've seen other people posting similar issues, but in our case, we have had no disk issues or software reinstalls...all our programs are still there.

The current software on the unit is 112.

You can go into the settings (I forget exactly where) and move the display over so you can see the channel numbers.

Thanks, I will give that a try tonight and let you know if I can find the option.

What kind of display are you using? I have a LCD projector and I never notice any shifting.

I've owned the 721 for almost a year and this is the first time I've experience the problem.

My TV is an approx 6 yr old 36" Sony XBR.

Mine did that once. for a day or two. It went away as strangely as it came without warning.. Reboots didnt help.

yeah, I found it when i got home. Worked perfectly, but I'd love to know why it moved in the first place.

Well, might be it was related....yesterday I came home and the television would not turn on at all. Perhaps the shift was a precursor to this problem which appears to be totally tv related.

Anyway, it is 7 months out of it's 5 yr warranty. The service guy is coming today to have a look.
