Service Desk Feedback

Hello everybody. As you know, I'm the Service Desk dude. I just finished a massive update to my Desired Foreign Additions page, and I wanted all of you to check it out and leave your feedback. I know the five maps on the intro page aren't very good, but I couldn't find 5 that were similar and high quality, so I gave up on that. Other than that, let me know what you think. Also, if you have any other suggestions, just let me know. Thanks.

I think you need to get rid of the java applet. I can't view your news on my work computer because I've messed my Java up while working with Oracle. My fault sure, but never a fan of java.

Now back on topic. You really did a good job with the layout. That's really good information you have there! Good job as usual...

Site looks very good, but it has an obvious bias in favor of Dishnetwork. If the site's intent is to be neutral with respect to DBS providers (and I think it should), this should be corrected.

Thanks for your hard work. DBS Service Desk is a great resource..

How can I fix that Nick?? The only obvious bias I of is the Desired Additions page for Dish Network. Other than that, what should I do to make things 50/50?
