Anyone having trouble with the PSN Store?

Probably I'm having is that all of a sudden it's kicking out my CC Card info when I go to make a purchase in the PSN Store telling me the info is invalid etc. Verified with my bank that the card is still OK. Talked to a CSR at Sony who claims that it maybe due to the servers being slow. Anyone else having similar problems/stories. I made a purchase about 2 weeks ago through the PSN Store without problems. Could it also be connected to the latest software update?
