Hey everyone
I'm new here and all so flame away if that is normal, but I have a serious question.
I'm looking into becoming a tech soon and I've been looking at all the different telcos and sat providers in my area about getting a tech job. The one thing I'm curious about is their training though.
Does anyone know how AT&T, Qwest, DIRECTV, or Comcast handles their training? Like what the new guys go through and do in order to learn?
