I am trying to install a 1000.4 in Park Ridge, Illinois. Calls for Skew of 74, Elevation of 39 and Azimuth of 158. Going back and forth, I have picked up 77 and 72 but I believe I have been at the wrong LNB eyes. When I get 77, I am on the Eastern Most Eye but then I do not receive anything else. Should 77 be picked up on the eastern eye or the western eye.

I recommend aiming for 61.5, and covering the other two LNBs with foil to ensure you are aiming properly. You can then fine-tune the other two as needed.

This shows the LNB that picks up each sat, as well as the default sat you'll get when connecting a meter to each port, though if your meter supports DiSEqC switching, you can select any of the 3.

Remember that the signals hit the dish and cross over, which is why the LNBs are layed out the opposite direction of the satellites in the sky.

Okay,

We are picking up 77 on the middle LNB in the low 40's. Which direction do I need to move the dish to get it right.

As seen from the back - swing it (GENTLY!) to the right about 5 degrees
