Did a search but found no results. Sorry if this has been addressed in the past.

I'd like to regain some space on the harddrive of my 721 by backing up my programs to a Panasonic DVD/HDD Recorder. At the moment I do this one program at a time by setting a record time on the Panasonic and then starting playback on the 721.

I'm interested to know if anyone is aware of a playlist function on the 721 which allows me to choose a group of programs for consecutive playback?

Any thoughts are appreciated.

No I do wish it had one as I have a bunch of SpongeBob SquarePants I would love to copy to video tape for my 8 month old baby who loves this show. :)

I also wish that the 721 had a auto repeat feature so that you could put a show on and have it repeat (loop) again after it was done. :D

Thanks Scott...Although you may have unwittingly divulged that I shouldn't expect a playlist feature to appear in my next software update! Nonetheless, your reply was helpful albeit not what I wanted to hear. Thanks again.

P.S. Feel free to admit that the Spongebob episodes are for your entertainment.... ;)

I still have one of my son's SpSq eps on the PVR. It's the classic one where SpongeBob and his buddy learn how to use "sentence enhancers" in their vocabulary. Basically, they curse a blue streak, but you hear animal sounds instead of the curse words.

I got that feature on my website. That reminds me of a cd player where you get to pick the order you want the songs to play in.

Hey I do like SpongeBob too, but my 8 month old son REALLY likes him, whenever hes crying I turn one on and he shuts up and watches TV instantly, its the only show that grabs his attention every time its on TV and no matter what hes doing.

I must admit sometimes I do fall asleep watching them on TV so that why I would love a auto repeat feature on the 721. :D
