ESPN's NFL experts forecast who will end up in Super Bowl XXXVIII and what else we can expect to see in the 2003 season:
Most people are picking the Bucs to repeat or the Titans to win
With today's parity it’s hard to pick anymore. I'd say it's time for the Eagles to win one.

I don't see many picking Cleveland John... ;)
E-A-G-L-E-S EAGLES!!!!
best record since year 2000. You will see in a few years they will be known as a "modern day dynasty" w/ free agency and everything they'll have a couple of superbowls and lots of playoff experiences which is amazing now.

Maybe, lets first win at least a NFC championship before you mention the word dynasty. ;)

You're out of your mind. Plummer is going to meltdown and will take the team with him.

Very true. He isn't very good. The only reason he is still in the NFL is that he was on a bad team with no competition. This will all come out really quick.

 I wouldn't pick Cleveland either. I look for an 8-8 finish.

At least you have that. I'm stuck with the Detroit Tigers of the NFL. :raspberry

Jake Plummer is a very good QB and will be a good fit for Denver.
He will be a Joe Montana type QB for Denver. Just you wait and see. Nobody does well in Arizona. Plummer will win the comeback player of the year.

Unlike you, I have seen him play since my days at ASU. He has always had good receivers, but he has failed time and time again to be able to read defenses. Its not about physical talent he may have, its about his mental capability. I think Jeff Blake is an upgrade at the QB position for the Cards this year.
To bad Blake has nobody to throw to...

You know that is funny. For years they (I'm not a fan so I won't say we) had good receivers and no QB. Now that have a better QB and now they are wishing they had [url=http://www.nfl.com/players/playerpage/133322MarTay Jenkins[/url]. How sad is that?
"Unlike you, I have seen him play since my days at ASU. He has always had good receivers, but he has failed time and time again to be able to read defenses.'
So have I. He was great and he beat Michigan!!! If Walsh (49ers) would have gotten him he'd be a Hall-of-famer IMO.

Hmm, I'm guessing you don't watch ASU since they have not played Michigan since the 1987 Rose Bowl.

I think Plummer will fair well here in Denver.
Jeff Blake an upgrade? has he even made it though an entire season without injury? :D

Its just replacing garbage with garbage. At least Blake is new garbage.

That was a great game nontheless. :)

Huh? Plummer was in grade school in 1987.

The football game was great nonetheless whether Jake was in it or not. My point was that it was a great game and probably the only meaningful football game you'll ever be associated with and that was in '87.
Pitt will win the national championship this year if all their players stay eligible.

Oh I see, this is no longer about Plummer and is now about me.

No!!! You're slow aren't you not to mention being paranoid. I remember the the '87 Rose Bowl because I rooted for the underdog (ASU) because I was in the mood to do so. I also didn't like Michigan so the game was great and I still have the end of this game on a tape somewhere.

I'm not following you at all. I guess I am slow.

to which you replied

AFAIK we were talking about Plummer and the fact his isn't a good quaterback. Somehow you got talking about Michigan. You can see how I am confused.
Let's settle this issue by saying that ASU beat Michigan in the 87' Rose Bowl and move on.
And that Plummer will win the MVP award this year. :)

Fine, I'm just glad I don't have to read about him in the paper anymore.
No, you'll see him doing Hanes commercials on TV instead. :D
