E-16 to be launched by Sea Launch?

Came across this article in Space News. It appears that Dish will be using Sea Launch for launch services in the next few years so perhaps E-16 will ride on a Zenit-3SL rocket.

That would be nice. SeaLaunch did a good job for past EchoStar missions.
